It’s no secret that omnichannel has been heating up for quite some time. As many retailers look to bridge the gap that exists between digital and in-store sales, executives care less and less about which channel will get credit and more about the holistic omnichannel customer journey.
Bonobos took a unique approach to the retail game by opening its doors as an online-only retailer, and then later opening brick and mortar stores–from clicks to bricks. We look forward to hearing more about how Chief Experience Officer, Dominique Essig, helped Bonobos approach this transition from a CX standpoint.

With mobile as an ever-increasing source of traffic, digital executives have a big decision to make when it comes to responsive, mobile or app. We look forward to hearing Jackson’s thought process, which ultimately landed her company, Purchasing Power, #103 in the Internet Retailer 2017 Mobile 500.

Our recent survey of 150 ecomm execs revealed an astounding statistic: 85% of retailers don’t have a process to inform and approve UX designs with data.
Clearhead deeply believes in the importance of validating site changes and decisions with evidence.
